With over three decades of impactful experience, my background has directly influenced lives through Coaching, Communication, Public Speaking, Leadership Development, and Facilitation. I am driven by a mission to Protect, Build-up, and Serve others, aiming to guide individuals to success by helping them discover their optimal path, regardless of where that path may lead.
In addition to my professional journey, I am a Christian, Husband, Father, Poppa, Uncle, Brother, Friend, Survivor, Dog Lover, and Coach. My interests span sports, theater, music events, humor, aiding people, cherishing life, and enjoying evenings with friends and family around the backyard firepit.

Over thirty years in the food manufacturing and telecom industries, beginning as a Supervisor Trainee after earning a degree in Business Administration. Evolving through various roles, I gained invaluable Leadership and Coaching skills, eventually holding a corporate Leadership Training & Development position, where I became certified in a range of skills.
As an entrepreneur, I leverage my transferable skills to assist others in launching successful businesses and achieving the income and lifestyle they desire.
